Ministries
The Altar Prayer Team (APT) serves the congregation by being available to pray with individuals at any time of need. Typically, we are available before and after every service at Liberty Church. We also support the Pastors by ministering to individuals during Altar Calls.
Members of the APT are committed to praying for the church during the week and especially prior to each service. We are a people committed to prayer and believing that fervent prayer is powerful and effective.

1 John 5:14-15
We envision that the Altar Prayer Team will play a vital and visible role in the spiritual growth of Liberty Church. We see APT members so ministering in love and power that those in the congregation will come freely and confidently to join in prayer and meet with God. We see APT members being led by the Spirit to approach those reluctant to come forward but thankful to receive prayer.
We believe that God will respond in power to meet the needs of the people as we minister in faith and obedience. We envision God responding to our prayers with healing, provision, direction and comfort.
We envision that the Altar Prayer Team will be a visible encouragement to the congregation to faithfully pursue prayer and fasting with boldness and with an expectation that what we pray for in His Will will be done (1 John 5:14-15).
