Pastor Mary Bard

I was raised to be in the ministry... plain and simple. My parents were not going to have it any other way and for that I am very thankful. I am a graduate of Faith School of Theology, Charleston, ME with a Bachelors of Arts in Theology. I have been in ministry at Liberty Church for over 20 years with ministry roles including children's pastor, church administration, worship pastor and women's ministry. I don't think it's about how many years one serves but more about "how" one serves and I strive to do this with my whole heart. As the old song says, "I wouldn't take nothing for my journey..." and as long as I still have breath, I will sing of His love and give Him my praise.

2 Corinthians 12: 9-10 — But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
